Bon Charge had outgrown their existing site experience — visually and strategically. The product offering was strong, but the brand presence felt heavier than it needed to be, and customers had to work too hard to understand what was right for them.So we refreshed the brand and rebuilt the experience with clarity as the north star: a brighter, lighter colour palette, updated brand fonts, and a cleaner interface that elevates the product while reducing cognitive load. To de-risk the new direction, we validated the redesign through usability testing — putting the old experience and the new one in front of real users and measuring preference, comprehension, and confidence.

The results were clear: users showed a strong preference for the redesigned experience, with improvements in brand perception, product discovery, and product education.

Post-launch, we continued evolving the site with new content-led features — including events pages, a press hub, and a dedicated home for media coverage — helping Bon Charge build authority and trust beyond product pages.
