Lioness Fashion partnered with us to modernise their eCommerce platform and move from Shopify 1.0 to 2.0. Their previous setup was complex, slower to update and limited in flexibility, which hindered the team’s ability to scale. The project goal was to migrate seamlessly (with no regression in features) while delivering a faster, more conversion-driven experience.
The engagement began with discovery and CRO analysis, setting a goal to increase conversion by 20%. Prosper Digital recommended an iterative redesign strategy rather than a “big bang” rebuild, delivering ROI with each sprint while keeping Lioness trading without disruption.
Key deliverables included a new look & feel, custom mega-navigation, and a footer refresh. The collection page was upgraded with hover states, colour swatches, quick-add functionality, and SEO content blocks. The product page introduced native swatching, improved image zoom, a fit-guide modal, BNPL messaging, and an entry-level “Complete the Look” cross-sell. The cart drawer was redesigned with editable items, free-shipping threshold messaging, and upsell functionality to drive AOV. A wishlist app was configured and styled to brand guidelines.
Performance optimisation was a critical focus. Prosper Digital migrated Lioness onto a lightweight Shopify 2.0 base theme, ran regression testing, and completed technical SEO checks pre-launch. The rollout was staged to minimise disruption, with international expansion and loyalty integration planned for phase two.
The post-launch results exceeded expectations. Within six weeks, Lioness saw a 113% increase in total sales, 130% increase in orders, and 74% rise in conversion rate year on year, alongside a 93% lift in add-to-cart rate and 132% increase in completed checkouts.
Lioness now operates on a fast, flexible, fashion-ready storefront built for scale — a strong digital foundation to grow confidently across new markets.
